May I introduce Betty L. Betty has had arthritis of the spine for many years and had x-rays taken through the years but was told "there's nothing that can be done for you other than pain medicine".
Discouraged and let-down, earlier in 1979, she had taken a nasty fall on ice and was also told she had no broken bones to account for all of the pain she was in.
She suffered a lot that year with her right arm, shoulder and neck areas.
Then, when she came to Dr. Steffey with a continuous backache, she took multiple x-rays and started her on Intensive Care Therapy and after a few, additional SPINAL TOUCH CARE treatments, the back of her head felt normal again.

I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Steffey and Tammy. Last year right before my 30th birthday I was having some back pain that just wasn't fixing itself. I'm back to tossing around my kids, thriving professionally, working on my cars, and doing all the other things that bring joy to my life. Several years ago, I was told I needed surgery for a carpal tunnel. I decided to see a D.C. for a second opinion. Dr. Steffey examined me and told me that I had a bad cervical disc instead. We
started treatment and years later, I still have not had surgery. I see Dr. Rita regularly so that day may never come.
